  • Bereaved Mother’s Day came about in 2010 when a group of bereaved mothers in the UK chose to dedicate a time to acknowledge their experiences. 🤍

This day reflects such beautiful and important progress. Watching the shift from “moving past” maternal losses to honoring them deeply has touched me profoundly as both a bereaved mother and practitioner. 🤍🙏🏻

Medicalized models around grief from the past robbed us too often of our sacred knowing of what we truly needed to heal.

Honoring our little ones who were lost, while also honoring ourselves. For as long as it takes. In mind, body, and Spirit. ✨

Compassionate witnessing, deeply held space, and acknowledging ongoing bonds are replacing an outdated framework that separated us from our very bodies, from our lost babies, and from our innate intuition.

    Those rights are yours.

    Divinely.

    Always.✨

For every mother who has known loss at any stage, please know your loss mattered; their lives mattered.

    You matter.

You will forever be a mother. 🤍🙏🏻✨
