Acupuncture at Tending Point
Rooted, relational care for women’s health, healing, and regulation

A Different Kind of Care
Acupuncture here isn’t just about symptom relief.
It’s about returning to yourself.
At Tending Point, sessions are shaped by the understanding that the body holds stories—of stress, transitions, loss, resilience, and becoming. Using the lens of Five-Element Chinese Medicine, treatment becomes a conversation with your system rather than a correction of it.

This is care that listens.
Care that allows.
Care that meets you exactly where you are.

What I Support...
I work with women navigating:
-Hormonal shifts and cycle irregularities
-Stress, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation
-Fatigue and burnout
-Sleep disturbances
-Digestive imbalance
-Acute and chronic pain
(musculoskeletal, tension-related, or stress-amplified)
-Life transitions and identity shifts
-Emotional holding patterns that feel “stuck” in the body
While many come seeking physical relief, what unfolds is often deeper—a quiet recalibration of body, mind, and spirit.

My Approach
I bring together my background as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Acupuncturist, and Five-Element practitioner to offer care that is both clinically grounded and deeply intuitive.
Sessions may include:
-Acupuncture treatment
-Bodywork including cupping, Gua Sha, or massage
-Gentle dialogue to understand your current state
-Eastern–Western assessment to integrate both medical and traditional perspectives
-Nervous system regulation through stillness and presence

This is not high-volume, protocol-based care.
Each treatment is individualized and evolves over time.

What to Expect
Your first session is spacious.
We begin with conversation—your health history, yes, but also what has been unfolding in your life. From there, treatment is designed in real time.

Most people experience:
-A deep sense of calm or emotional release
-Subtle but meaningful shifts over the following days
-A growing sense of connection to their body

You don’t need to prepare anything or “have it figured out.”
Just come as you are.

Who this is for?
This work is for you if:
-You’re seeking a more holistic approach to your health
-You feel disconnected from your body or overwhelmed by symptoms
-You’ve tried to “push through,” and it’s no longer working
-You’re ready for care that honors both the physical and emotional layers of healing

A Note on Prevention & Ongoing Care
Acupuncture is not only supportive in times of imbalance—it can also be a powerful tool for prevention and maintenance.
Many patients choose to continue care beyond symptom relief to:
-Support long-term nervous system regulation
-Reduce recurrence of pain or imbalance
-Stay attuned to early shifts in their health
-Maintain a sense of steadiness through changing seasons of life

A Note on Fertility & Women’s Health
While this space is not exclusively focused on fertility, I have extensive experience supporting women through their reproductive journeys.
If you are navigating conception, cycle health, or hormonal balance, you will find seasoned and confident support for your goals.

Working Together
Acupuncture works best as a relationship over time.
Some come weekly for a period of support.
Others come seasonally or as needed.
We will find a rhythm that feels right for you.
