Grief Support at

Tending Point

For mothers navigating loss, love, and the quiet

work of coming back home to themselves.

A Different Kind of Grief Support

Grief doesn’t need to be fixed.
It needs to be witnessed.

*Please note that an initial session is always complimentary. Sometimes women just need a touchstone, and I'm always glad to offer this with no commitment to further support.

At Tending Point, grief support is not about moving on or finding closure. It is about learning how to live with what has changed—gently, honestly, and in your own time.

This work honors the enduring bond between you and your baby.
It makes space for the complexity of loss—love, anger, confusion, longing, even moments of unexpected light.

You don’t have to explain it here.
You don’t have to make it easier for anyone else.

Who This Is For

This space is for women who have experienced:

  • Miscarriage

  • Stillbirth

  • Infant loss

  • Pregnancy termination for any reason

  • The quiet, often unspoken grief of what could have been

Whether your loss was recent or years ago, you are welcome here.

My Approach

My work is shaped by my background as a Registered Nurse, Acupuncturist, and Perinatal & Infant Loss Grief Coach, as well as my own lived experience of loss.

Together, we move in manageable, compassionate steps—never rushing, never forcing—allowing your grief to be met at a pace your system can truly hold.

I integrate:

  • Coaching for grounded reflection, support, and gentle forward movement

  • Writing practices to help give language to what feels unspeakable

  • Honoring rituals and ceremony to acknowledge your baby, your bond, and your experience

This is a space that is:

  • Grounded, not clinical

  • Supportive, not directive

  • Reflective, not prescriptive

There is no agenda here—only a steady, attuned presence as you find your way.

The Work: A Gentle Framework

This work unfolds through a quiet, supportive process I call:

Holding → Witnessing → Integrating → Carrying Forward

  • Holding, creating safety for your grief to exist exactly as it is

  • Witnessing, naming, expressing, and honoring your experience—through words, reflection, or ritual

  • Integrating, allowing the loss to become part of your story in a way

  • that feels livable and true

  • Carrying Forward: Finding ways to remain connected—to your baby, to meaning, and to your own becoming

This is not linear.
We move gently between these spaces, guided by what feels most needed.

What This Is (and What It Isn’t)

This is not therapy, crisis care, or a replacement for mental health treatment.

It is a complementary space for integration—especially for women who have already done some level of therapeutic work and are seeking something more relational, reflective, or spiritually attuned.

If you are unsure what kind of support you need, we can explore that together.

What to Expect

Sessions are quiet, spacious, and deeply individualized.

You might come with something specific to talk about, or simply a feeling you can’t quite name. Both are welcome.

Over time, many women experience:

  • A softening of isolation

  • Greater capacity to be with their grief without being overtaken by it

  • A renewed sense of connection—to themselves, their baby, and their life

There is no timeline.
Only a gentle unfolding.

A Note on Integration

Grief does not disappear.
But it can become something you know how to carry.

This work supports the gradual integration of loss into your life—not as something that defines you, but as something that becomes part of your story in a way that feels meaningful, steady, and true.

Working Together

Sessions are offered one-on-one, virtually or in person.

Some women come for a short period of focused support.
Others choose ongoing sessions as a steady place to land.

We will find a rhythm that honors your needs.
